• 8+ years personal Real Estate Investing experience
• Since 1998, have formed and own 3 Real Estate investment partnerships
• Own and manage over 100 rental units throughout Massachusetts
• Bought & Sold numerous properties from 3 families up to 50+ unit complexes
• Interests: 10+ years Acting and Singing experience on various community theater stages across the North Shore and with select Choral Groups
